Long time, no see

I need to update my blogs more often. I'm going to Weber State University now. I have gone to La Caille a total of six times so far, twice this year. My classes are English, Math, Tai Chi, 2D Design, Color Theory, and Institute. I am living with my cousins, the Knights.

La Caille again

I went to La Caille for the fourth time last Wednesday. Brenna and Kelsey went too, and now I'm waiting for Kelsey to send me a few of the pictures. We went with the French Club. I didn't eat the escargot this time, but I ate it last year and the year before. I brought my cell phone, so I actually took some pictures there. It was a lot of fun.

Rubik's Cubes

I got a new Rubik's Cube yesterday. I got halfway done solving it when it fell apart, so I had to put it back together. It is a 5x5 cube. I also have a 3x3 numbered cube, a 4x4 Rubik's cube, a Rubik's Revolution, and a Rubik's Magic. I have solved all of the cubes except for the newest one, but I am working on it.

La Caille

I want to go to La Caille with French Club in May. It was fun all three times I've gone so far, and I want to go again this year and also next year. If I go this year and next year, I'll have gone to La Caille once each year for five years in a row. So far, I've gone three years in a row. I don't like the escargot, but the rest of the food is really good, especially the sorbet and the banana foster.
The juice is really good too. There is ponds and a stream, with geese and a few swans, and lots of flowers in the spring.

Braces

I get my braces off today finally! I've had my braces on for almost two years and I'm glad I'm finally getting them off. Two days before Valentine's Day and Sweethearts! I'm probably going to get a retainer soon too. I'm going to Sweethearts and I'm going to wear my ruby red dress. Yay!!

Christmas

This year I got a Rubik's Magic, and it only took me two days to solve it. Last year I got a Rubik's Revenge and it took me about a week and a half to solve it. We had two family parties and Grandma Newman stayed overnight at our house Christmas Eve. I made little toys for my little brothers and sister. We got lots of snow, and Aubrey and I made snow angels.

Books

I have a ton of books I either want to or need to read. I need to read Huck Finn, and I want to read Brisingr, The Host, Supernaturalist, Cry of the Icemark, and a few other books. I'm in the book club at school and it's really fun. I'm almost always in the library before or after school and during lunch because it's a good place to hang out, talk to friends, find books, be bored, etc.
